Terms & Rules

Welcome aboard. We’re glad to have you promoting 3D College’s Unreal Engine training. This program is built on trust, creativity, and mutual respect. Please read these terms carefully, they keep things fair for everyone.

1. Commission & Payments

  • You earn 30% commission on each valid sale made through your unique affiliate link.

  • Commissions are calculated on the sale price after any discounts or taxes.

  • Payments are issued once a month, after a short verification period to prevent fraud or cancellations.

  • You must have a valid PayPal or bank account to receive payouts.

2. Content Guidelines

We love creative freedom, but a few things are non-negotiable:

  • Every piece of content must clearly include one or both of the following statements:

    • “3D College is an Official Unreal Training Partner”

    • “Courses are run by Authorized Unreal Engine Instructors”

  • Represent our brand honestly. No false claims or unrealistic promises.

  • Avoid misleading clickbait, spam tactics, or content that could harm 3D College’s reputation.

  • Respect copyright and use only media you have the rights to or that we’ve provided.

  • Keep all promotional materials aligned with Unreal Engine’s brand standards without imitating their trademarks or assets beyond fair use.

3. Ethical Promotion

  • No paid traffic from shady sources, bots, or incentivized clicks.

  • Do not use 3D College’s name, brand, or URLs in paid search ads or social handles without written consent.

  • Do not impersonate 3D College, our instructors, or official representatives.

  • All promotions must follow local advertising laws and FTC disclosure rules. Affiliate links must be identified clearly.

4. Data Privacy & Tracking

As an affiliate, you may use links, tracking pixels, or other referral tools provided by 3D College. You agree to the following rules regarding data and user privacy:

  1. Usage of Tracking Data

    • All tracking information provided to you (clicks, conversions, referral stats) is confidential and may only be used for monitoring your affiliate performance.

    • You may not store, sell, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) of users who interact with your affiliate links.

  2. Compliance with Privacy Laws

    • You must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or other local regulations) when promoting 3D College courses.

    • If you collect any personal data from your audience (emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, etc.), you are responsible for informing them of their rights and obtaining any necessary consents.

  3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

    • You may not deploy cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies on 3D College’s platforms or on your own sites without informing users in accordance with applicable law.

    • Affiliates must clearly disclose to users that clicking your links may result in tracking for commission purposes.

  4. Data Breach & Security

    • You must immediately notify 3D College if you become aware of any unauthorized access to affiliate data.

    • All tracking and referral data should be handled securely and only for the purpose of fulfilling your affiliate role.

  5. Termination for Privacy Violations

    • Any violation of these data privacy terms is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account, without affecting any legal rights or remedies of 3D College.

5. Brand Protection

  • We reserve the right to review and remove affiliates whose activities conflict with our standards or damage our reputation.

  • If you are unsure whether something is appropriate, ask and we will guide you.

6. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your affiliate access at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, privacy violations, or inactivity over extended periods.

  • Any unpaid commissions earned legitimately will still be honored.

7. Community Spirit

This program thrives on collaboration. We trust your skills, creativity, and judgment. Represent 3D College with pride and professionalism. We’re here to support you in doing that.

*By joining the program, you agree to these Terms & Rules and confirm that you’ll promote 3D College ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with data privacy laws.

 

 

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

We may update Our Terms & Rules from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Affiliate Program Terms & Rules on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
